PRIYE ships products across India and internationally through reliable and registered courier partners.
For international customers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier services and/or International Speed Post. For customers within India, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 8 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the delivery timeline communicated at the time of purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, PRIYE shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, customs clearance procedures, natural events, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the designated courier or postal service within the stated dispatch period.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
For service-related purchases, confirmation of the service delivery will be sent to the email address provided during registration or checkout.
